Terms of Service

Rate My Fit has two separate features. The Rate tab lets you record a video or upload photos of an outfit and receive AI-generated style feedback, private to your account. The feedback is generated automatically by a third-party AI model and is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only — it is not professional styling, medical, or any other kind of expert advice, and we don't guarantee its accuracy.

The Feed is a separate, public feature with no AI involved: you take a photo directly with your camera and post it with an optional caption, occasion, and attire tag for other users to vote "Keep" or "Change" on. To view or vote on the Feed, you must post your own outfit that day.

You must provide an accurate email to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Rate My Fit.

Premium is a recurring subscription available on weekly ($2.99/week), monthly ($7.99/month), or annual ($49.99/year) billing through Stripe. Subscriptions begin billing immediately at the rate for the period you selected and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the Account page (Manage Subscription) — cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period unless required by law. We may change the price of future billing periods with notice.

Don't use Rate My Fit to upload content that isn't yours, that depicts anyone without their consent, or that violates any law. Don't attempt to abuse, scrape, or overload the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of any photos or video you submit. By using the service, you grant us the limited right to process that content (including sending it to our AI and storage providers) solely to provide the feedback and history features back to you. Posting to the Feed is a separate, deliberate action — you're choosing to make that photo, along with any caption and occasion/attire tag, publicly visible to other users, who can vote "Keep" or "Change" on it. You can remove a Feed post at any time.

Rate My Fit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on AI-generated feedback, including purchases made through linked shopping suggestions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 3 months.

Some shopping suggestions link to Amazon. As an Amazon Associate, Rate My Fit earns from qualifying purchases made through those links, at no additional cost to you. We only suggest items the AI believes would improve your outfit.

We may update these terms or the Privacy Policy as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
