Terms of Service

Rate My Fit lets you record a video or upload photos of an outfit and receive AI-generated style feedback. The feedback is generated automatically by a third-party AI model and is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only — it is not professional styling, medical, or any other kind of expert advice, and we don't guarantee its accuracy.

You must provide an accurate email to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Rate My Fit.

Premium is a recurring subscription billed at $4.99 per week through Stripe. It renews automatically each week until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the Account page (Manage Subscription) — cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period unless required by law. We may change the price of future billing periods with notice.

Don't use Rate My Fit to upload content that isn't yours, that depicts anyone without their consent, or that violates any law. Don't attempt to abuse, scrape, or overload the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of any photos or video you submit. By using the service, you grant us the limited right to process that content (including sending it to our AI and storage providers) solely to provide the feedback and history features back to you. If you tap "Post to Feed," you're choosing to make that video or photo, along with the verdict and AI feedback, publicly visible to other users — you can remove a Feed post (and its stored video) at any time.

Rate My Fit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on AI-generated feedback, including purchases made through linked shopping suggestions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 3 months.

We may update these terms or the Privacy Policy as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
